It’s a service that enables ENB customers enrolled in Consumer eBanking (CeB) to pay other individuals by transferring funds with the recipients’ US based cellular phone number or US based e-mail address. Payments can be sent from a computer through a customer’s CeB account or from a mobile device through the ENB Mobile Banking app.

Once a customer has enrolled in EPP and has initiated a transfer, the recipient will receive a notification (either by text message or e-mail, as the sender has selected). The text message/e-mail will contain a link to claim the funds, along with a claim number that must be entered after clicking on the link.

ENB customers must have a consumer checking and/or savings account, and must be actively enrolled in CeB. To use EPP through the ENB Mobile Banking app, customers must first enroll for EPP through their CeB account on an internet browser (for example: Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
